The Clare Charity Centre Buying Group

Excel Office Supplies have partnered with The Clare Foundation to create a buying group for the Clare Charity Centre.

As a tenant of the Clare Charity Centre, you will be provided with a login and password to your Excel Office Supplies online account. You can login to place orders online by visiting www.eos.uk.net.

Customer FAQs

Placing Orders

1)      How do I place an order?

  • Once we have set you up with an online account, you can log in to www.eos.uk.net with your login and password to place orders online
  • If you already know the item codes that you would like to order, go to the ‘quick order’ tab once logged in
  • Alternatively, you can search for items using our key word search
  • You can select an environmental delivery by adding the item code ‘ENVIRO’ to your shopping basket

2)      What if I can’t find the item I’m looking for in the catalogue or on the website?

  • If there is anything you can’t find on the website, send an email to sales@eos.uk.net and we will aim to respond to your enquiry within 2 hours, with details of who is dealing with your request
  • If your enquiry is urgent and you can’t find what you are looking for on the website, call our customer support team on 01494 519988 and we will be happy to help

3)      How will I know if an item is out of stock/on backorder?

  • If an item is out of stock with our wholesalers, we will try to let you know as soon as possible
  • If the item is needed urgently, we will source alternative items where possible
  • When possible we will contact you if an item is on backorder by phone or email with an expected due date
  • Sometimes our wholesalers do not inform us straight away – so if an item is missing from your order, or your order is delayed and you are not sure why, send an email to sales@eos.uk.net and we will look into your enquiry

4)      How do I return an item?

  • Most items can be returned for a full credit within 14 days as long as they are in a resalable condition
  • If an item has been delivered to you damaged or broken, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery for a full credit
  • The return of some items, such as toner cartridges, furniture, and items that we have sourced from outside of our catalogue, may be subject to a fee and in these cases we would likely be able to offer a partial credit
  • You can fill in a returns request on our website
  • Alternatively, send an email to sales@eos.uk.net with details of your return request



5)      Do I get a discount from the retail price?

  • The catalogue will show full retail prices – your price as a customer will not reflect these prices
  • Log in to your online account to view your contract prices
  • We offer further discounts on items when you buy in bulk – send an email sales@eos.uk.net for more information on quantity breaks

6)      I can find an item cheaper somewhere else – can you price-match?

  • Yes we can – If you can provide us with invoices or quotations from another supplier we will not only aim to match their prices but beat them where possible
  • Some office supplies companies will sell certain items at a loss, whilst making a huge profit on less scrutinised items. Our transparent pricing means that we are up-front about which items are most cost-effective - we will always point you towards the best value-for-money items.

7)      I can’t remember my login and/or password

  • Simply send an email to sales@eos.uk.net with your request and we will email you your login details

8)      I want to change my login and/or password

  • You can change your password to your online account online
  • If you have any questions, or wish to add a new user, simply email the details to sales@eos.uk.net and we will email you the login details once the changes have been made

9)       Now that I have an account, what emails and/or materials will I receive?

  • We will send you invoices and statements to an email address of your choice
  • You will receive an order confirmation when you place orders online
  • We may send you information regarding the range of products and services which we provide – but we won’t bombard you with brochures and mailings

10)    Why have you asked me to send all email queries to your sales@eos.uk.net ?

  • Our sales@ email address is monitored by our whole team, meaning that there is always someone there to reply to your email
  • We aim to respond to all sales@ queries within 2 hours with details of who is dealing with your enquiry
  • If you send us a request for a quotation or product information, our customer support team will ensure that your query has been forwarded the most relevant team member
